T-102 is a pair of polished brass plated steel handle end cap.
Opening is 1 3/16" wide, 1 1/2" deep, Overall dimension is 2 1/4" wide by 2 1/16" high. Opening height is 3/8".
These end caps work well with the handles T-104 and T-105.
The end caps are sold by the pair only. One pair is required to mount one handle.
A trunk nail or tack is provided with each end cap that inserted into the center hole, through the leather trunk handle and then into the body of the antique trunk. There is usually a part of the trunk tack left on the inside of the trunk body that is bent over to form a 90 degree angle securing the handle firmly to the trunk.
