Returns

All items that are not special orders are returnable within 30 days of receipt with a Return Authorization Number.  The item must be in it's original condition and packaging if possible. 

Refunds are given by the same means as the payment.

The original shipping costs and the cost to ship the items back to us are not refundable.

Special orders are not refundable.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please email returns@antique-hardware.com

Refunds will not be given for items returned without prior authorization.
