T-267 Woman By A Lake Trunk Label

Lithographs were commonly found in the lids of dome trunk as well as on the interior trays for decoration. Woman By A Lake, T-267, depicts two common themes among these lithographs, a woman's portrait as well as scene from nature. This paper label measures 5 7/16" wide by 3 7/8" high and does not come with an adhesive back. This antique trunk picture is a reproduction and an antique lithograph. Women and children were the most common themes in trunk décor. Trunk lithographs with animals, nature and men were also found, but were not as common.
